Sub: 11th SAARC Countries Carrom Championship

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to extend an invitation to your National Federation to depute a team of carrom players for participating in the 11^th SAARC Countries Carrom Championship to be held from 1^st to 3^rd September 2007 at Nagpur (Maharashtra). Prospectus giving all terms and conditions for participating in the 11^th SAARC Countries Carrom Championship is being sent by the Asian Carrom Confederation directly.

We invite a contingent of three men players, three women players and an official from each country for participating in the 11^th SAARC Countries Carrom Championship. We would provide free hospitality i.e. free boarding, lodging and local transport from 12 noon on 31.8.2007 to 12 noon on 4.9.2007. Each National Federation may remit an entry fee of US$ 75 (common for all events) for each participant entered in the SAARC Carrom Championship. This fee is applicable only if their team is also participating in the Asian Championship otherwise the National Federation has to remit entry fee @ US$ 150 per player for the SAARC Carrom Championship.

We request you to kindly submit the entries of your country, as per provisions of the Prospectus. We also request you to kindly send photographs and passport particulars of all the participants entered for the SAARC Carrom Championship by email.
